UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 days.  However, at busy times this can not be guaranteed.
If your order is urgent and you require same day dispatch then please contact us before placing your order to see if we can facilitate this for you.

Please Note: Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature on arrival. If nobody is at home, royal mail will leave a ‘something for you card’ with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your order from a local sorting office.

Returns

All personalised items are non refundable and we will only accept returns and offer a refund if a problem has arisen which is a fault of our own. If we have made an error then please contact us and we will do our best to rectify it, either by replacement or a refund.
