Shipping within the United Kingdom

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

• During peak periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if there is a delay.

Shipping Carriers

We use Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for certain delivery options (e.g., next-day courier services).

Lost or Damaged Items

• If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fivestarparty.co.uk

• We will investigate the issue with the carrier and either replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
